Urgently looking for a third flatmate, available from the 31st October. It’s me (female) and my friend (male). We both study English at UCL (3rd year)! Rent comes to £1386 pcm, not including elec/wifi. There is a standing water charge, but the heating of rooms is included. The flat is right by UCL (just off Tottenham Court Road) address is Bedford Court Mansions, if you want to have a look on maps. It’s a very nice building, excellent location, 10min walk from Bloomsbury campus. The flat itself is very spacious: there’s a shared kitchen, 1 main bathroom, a small bathroom, and a living room as well as 3 bedrooms.
