Hi! I'm a postgraduate currently living in an en-suite room at urbanest Canary Wharf (contract until 18 Sep 2027), and I'm looking for another pg student to either take over my room or swap with me.

🚇 10 min walk to Canary Wharf station (Elizabeth line, Jubilee, DLR) – great for UCL East & School of Management

💰 £360 per week, all bills included

📄 Contract until 18 Sep 2027

🎓 For UCL postgraduates only

🚿 Private en-suite bathroom, fully furnished

🏋️ Gym, cinema, games room & Skybridge social space

🔄 Takeover: you must be a UCL student NOT currently in UCL-allocated accommodation
🔄 Swap: you're a PG already in a UCL/urbanest hall – I'd love somewhere closer to Bloomsbury or UCL East
