The room was recently refurbished, and the building has great facilities including an onsite gym, study areas, and social spaces with billiards, table tennis, board games, a large TV, and even a BBQ area. It’s conveniently located — about 20 minutes to UCL by tube with no transfers, or around 30 minutes by bus with no transfers. There are also direct night buses to the accommodation, so getting home late is super easy.
The original rent is £377 per week, but I’m offering £977 in total (covering your first week of rent + £600 cashback). This brings your actual cost down to about £330 per week if you stay until May/June and pass the contract on, or £348 per week if you take over the full contract until August.
