I'm a UCL student looking for someone to take over my student accommodation contract at iQ The Arcade in Holloway, North London, as I'm planning to move to another student residence.
💷 Rent: £239 per week – all bills and Wi-Fi included!
📅 Available from October 2026 – the sooner, the better!
