A spare room is available in our 3-bedroom flat in North London from October 2023. There will be two current flatmates including myself (both girls in our 20s).
The flat is a 10-min walk to Archway station (zone 2) which is on the Northern line. Heating and hot water is included within the rent but other bills are excluded. The bedroom available has a built in wardrobe and double bed. The whole flat is newly refurbished (2022) and we have a large shared living room with views of central London.
References are required by our landlord.
