The room is west facing master bedroom, has a walk in wardrobe with shelf, a fire door, window locks, and temperature and humidity sensors.
In a semi-detached mews house on a quiet one way road (feels like a cul de sac) with a front and back garden. Lovely cobbled street and we are friends with our (child and pet free) neighbours.
Large kitchen with modern appliances (we have a washing machine too!) and loads of countertop space and storage. Bathroom recently redone and we have strong water pressure. Additional separate toilet and sink downstairs. The kitchen opens out onto the living room where we have the dining table and sofa area where we love having film nights!
We are 4 female humanities students in 2nd year UG, welcoming, tidy and have a well kept cleaning rota. Looking for a similarly friendly and tidy (preferably female) housemate to replace me and love living in this house as much as I have.
