The flat is a short 10-15 minute walk from UCL and a very short walk to tube stations in safe and secure buildings. The neighbourhoods we offer would all be considered prime 'Central London' which means you would be right in the heart of everything, these areas do tend to come with a much more premium feel such as better safety/security and a general more upmarket and cleaner feel.
