Looking for a UCL postgraduate to take over my room at Urbanest St Pancras

Hi everyone, I am looking for a UCL postgraduate to take over my tenancy for a single room at Urbanest St Pancras. The room will be available from January and the rent is £325 per week, bills included. It is located within walking distance to UCL and has a kitchen and two bathrooms shared with other two flatmates.
