2 final year students looking for a third flatmate.
My friend (male, 24) and I (female, 21) are looking for a third flatmate to move in from 1 August 2025, for a 1 year contract. We are both studying at UCL (final year undergrad) and have a 3 bed in Kings Cross area, about 30min walk to UCL, 20min by bus. Looking for a flatmate that are neat and clean. For room options, you can take either a small room (3.3x2.91m) at £225/week or the largest room (5.47 x 3.75m) at £320/week. The total weekly rate of the place is £865/week. You'll need to pay £50 for adding a tenant to the contract, and one month's rent in advance + 5 weeks rent for deposit. The flat includes a kitchen with an induction stove and washing machine, and a living room area. Utilities are not included in the rent. There is a gym and sauna in the complex which are included in the rent.
