Hi my name is Charlotte and I am looking for two new flatmates preferably postgrad to join me in my three bed flat in Belsize Park (since my present are moving on to exciting new opportunities outside of London). I would be looking for the contract to start on the 1st July, but can be flexible to 1st September if absolutely necessary.
We are super well connected, just 7mins walk to both Belsize Park and Chalk Farm Underground Station. We also have two bus stops right outside our door! Just a 15mins walk to both Primrose Hill and Camden Market. Just two doors down is the nearest coffee shop and we are a short hop, skip and jump to the nearest chilled local pub (which doesn't cause any noise or trouble with the flat).
We are fully stocked ammenities wise as annotated on the pictures of the post. Special shout out to our new full vinyl sound system with standing speakers which isn't captured in the photos at present and our large flat screen TV. You would also get control of the heating from your own app set up so you can warm up your room on your way home or adjust as you need simply from your phone.
Looking for friendly, tidy, and respectful flatmates. I aim for a social feel to the flat, it is as much your home as it is mine! That being said, not looking for a party household.
No pets allowed.
The flat is my own which I have to cover mortgage payments and maintenance cost on, but the benefit of that for you is that if there is any issue you find it gets sorted same day or promptly in the next few days so no needing to deal with pesky London Landlords!
