I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Unite Students St Pancras Way, in Camden. The room is a single ensuite, so a private room and ensuite, with a shared kitchen. There are shared common areas throughout the building as well, including two rooftops. Postgraduates only - the whole building is student housing for postgraduate students at UCL.
The rent is paid in three instalments, but it comes out to £337/week on average. The lease runs through 12 September 2026, all bills included (electricity, water, heat, internet, etc.) Laundry & reception onsite, lots of storage space in the room. More info on the UCL website.
20-25 minute walk or 10 minute cycle to UCL, and close to a number of Tube stations (St Pancras, Mornington Crescent, Camden Town, etc.) 10 minute walk to Camden High Street, Aldi, Sainsbury's, etc.
