£1600

Lovely furnished room available in Kensington & Chelsea — £1,600 per month, all bills included.

I am looking for a considerate, tidy and friendly flatmate, ideally a postgraduate student, PhD student, visiting scholar or young professional.

The flat is in a beautiful and well-connected Kensington & Chelsea location, close to restaurants, shops, cafés, pubs and public transport. You would be sharing the flat with me and my boyfriend, in a calm, friendly and respectful home.

The room is available from 1 November, or a later move-in date can be discussed. The rent is £1,600 per month, inclusive of bills.

I am very happy to arrange a WhatsApp or Zoom call first, and you are also welcome to come in person to view the room and decide whether it feels right for you.

Please do get in contact if you are interested.
