The flat includes a shared living room, shared bathroom, large kitchen, internet, and all bills are included with no extra costs. There is also a large rice pressure cooker available, which may be especially helpful for someone who enjoys cooking at home.
The location is excellent: close to Earl’s Court Station, Hyde Park, Holland Park, High Street Kensington, restaurants, shops, pubs, and cafés. It also has easy access to Paddington, King’s Cross, UCL, SOAS, and other central London universities.
The move-in date is 1st September, although a later date may be negotiable. I am very happy to arrange a Zoom call so you can see the room, or you are welcome to come in person to view it and decide whether you like it.
