Hi I'm James, and I'll be coming back to UCL for a Master's in History this September after a year working in the bike industry after finishing undergrad. 

My current flatmate is moving out after 3 years, so I'm looking for someone to take over his room in August. 

The room is furnished in a ground floor flat just 2 minutes away from Kentish Town Station, only 10 minutes from Bloomsbury Campus via tube or a 40 minute walk. 

£1125 pcm bills not included, and between £1175 - £1200 with bills.
