Hi girls! I’m moving out of the flat and looking for a new girl to take over my room. The room is available from 10 November.

Rent is £1,100/month + ~£80 bills, so around £1,180 total per month. The room comes furnished with a bed + mattress, bedside table, cupboard, and a wardrobe. The location is honestly perfect, with Tower Bridge to the south and Brick Lane to the north. Nearby stations: Aldgate East (8 min), Aldgate (10 min), Tower Hill (10 min), Shadwell (12 min). For groceries, there is a Tesco Express and Sainsbury’s Local within a 5 min walk, as well as a larger Waitrose and Sainsbury’s further away.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two other girls. Celine (23, German/Dutch) is a digital film student and professional dancer. She’s often out and about, but loves to cook and have a cozy home. Kacey (29, Canadian) is a graphic designer currently studying motion design. She loves live music and a pint, but also enjoys being cozy and hanging out at home.
We’re looking for a student in her mid twenties who is clean and chill, and would like to keep the flat tidy and homey. You need to have an UK guarantor to pass referencing.
