Hii! I’m Elisa, 27, from Rome and I’ve just moved to London to start my MSc in Financial Mathematics at UCL in September :)
I’m currently in temporary accommodation, so I’m looking for a room from the end of August / beginning of September — or for other people who are also looking and would like to find a place together.
A little bit about me beyond uni: I’ve played volleyball for years, I love photography, thrifting and wandering around looking for vintage shops, and I’m always down to try new places around the city. I also love cooking (very Italian of me, I know) and I’m definitely the kind of flatmate who’d be happy to have dinner together or spontaneously go out for a drink.
I’d really love to find a flat that feels like a home rather than just people sharing the same kitchen. I’m social and love having people around, but I also have my own life and really value everyone having their own space — so ideally a nice balance between doing things together and being independent.
Location-wise I’m flexible, as long as getting to UCL is easy. My budget is around £850–900 pcm, preferably including bills.
I’m already in London and ready to move, so I can meet for a coffee or come to a viewing anytime!
