My flatmate just moved out so I need to rent out a single room.
Location: right next to University College Hospital, 3 mins walk from UCL and 5 mins walk from Warren Street, Euston Square and lidl Tesco etc. The room is on Floor 1 with a lift.
Room description: This is a two-room flat but I'll be away during Christmas (12.17-1.7), so if you rent within the period you have the whole place to yourself. The flat is comfortably equipped with cooking utensils and bathroom products (I also have a bathtub!), the room is spacious with a large window, a built-in wardrobe, and a writing desk.
Bills and taxes: The water and heating bill is paid, but you need to pay for electricity and internet (about 50 pounds) while I'm away, and after I come back we can share the bills). I'm a student so I don't pay council tax (band C).
Roommate: I'm usually quiet during the night, I clean the place regularly and I don't leave my things lying around, but I sometimes come home late and make (loud?) phone calls in my room. I'm a literature and art student and I consider myself a bit bohemian... Would love to connect with someone with similar vibes.
I'm happy to give tours.
