420 per week

I am looking for a student tenant to take over my contract with Londonnest right next to UCL. I have already made the first payment, which makes the average weekly cost significantly less (420GBP instead of 450GBP). The contract length is from 29 Aug 2026 to 19 June 2027 (42 weeks)
