I am looking for a couple/roommates to take over my lease starting Aug 15. It’s a furnished flat for UCL postgraduates. Located in Max Rayne House on Camden Road. Rent is about £24.83 per night per person (about £173.81 per week/person). There is a main bedroom and living room with a queen bed (mattress/frame), couch, dining table, bookshelf, desk, chairs and two coffee tables. Also, it has a secondary bedroom with a twin bed, desk, a dresser, two wardrobes and a chair. Internet and utilities are included in the rent.
Extra benefits: Having a free washer saves a lot of money on laundry. There are driers available in the building.
Max Rayne is about a 20-minute walk from UCL’s campus, so you can save money on transportation. There are nearby bus routes that go to campus as well. Lots of good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Within walking distance to Regent’s Park and Hampstead Heath.
