Looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Don Gratton House, Sanctuary Students in Whitechapel, as I'm moving out of accommodation early. 
 

• Dates: 7th June 2026 to 17 August 2026 (flexible early start between 3rd and 7th)
• Room type: Double en-suite room with shared kitchen in a flat of 5 (yourself + 4 flatmates). 3rd floor overlooking the courtyard. 
• Flatmates are very nice and clean, also has a weekly cleaner for the kitchen and corridor, cleaner takes out the bins every few days too.
• Price: 237.82 a week (way below normal price of £308, all bills included, high speed Wi-Fi, free contents insurance)

• Located in Whitechapel, directly opposite East London Mosque
• 7 min walk to Aldgate East Station (Hammersmith and City line, District line)
• 7 min walk to Whitechapel station (Elizabeth Line, Hammersmith and City line, District line, London Overground/Windrush line)
• 15 min walk to Liverpool Street station, perfect for internships/summer jobs in the city or commutes outside of London 
• 29 min tube to UCL main campus, 23 min cycle
• 31 min tube to UCL East Campus, 20 min cycle.
• 5 min walk to Brick Lane, perfect for creatives 
• Common room and courtyard in building, perfect in warm weather. 
• Big Sainsbury’s 7 min walk away, multiple Tesco Express stores around the area, secure bike storage inside building.
