Affordable spare room in Old Street available -- looking for a female flatmate -- needed from July

Hello! We are an all-girls flat currently looking for a fourth female flatmate to join us from July, as one of our flatmates is going on a year abroad for next year. 

Our place is very affordable for Central London: currently, with bills, we pay around £870 per month. We are advertising a single room.

Location -- Islington

• The flat is located close to Old Street tube station, just a walk away. This is on the Bank branch of the Northern Line, and is 3 stops away from Euston
• Wonderful bus transport links: bus stops (plural!) are also only 1-2 minute walks away. You can take a bus directly to Euston station.
• Very close to many great amenities: Aldi, Co-op, M&S, Argos, Superdrug, Wetherspoon, gym, etc.
• Also around a 15 minute walk from Liverpool Street station

The property

• We are advertising a single room, which includes a desk.
• We have a shared kitchen, including a washing machine and a nice dinner table as a communal space
• Available from July
• We have an outdoor balcony!
• Shared toilet and bathroom.

A bit about us

• Three current undergraduate second-years: one of us studies Comparative Literature, while the other two study Chemistry.
• All-girls flat
• We all like matcha (don't worry, you don't have to).
• We do flat group study sessions together.
