Summary of proposed changes
Added 2 roles to the committee, being Women's Captain and Kit Secretary.
Explained the duties of each role, and also refined the captains duties as the club now owns more equipment which needs managing. After this year's experience it was clear that the captain's role needed to be defined more clearly.
Listed specific annual charitable and inclusive initiatives that we expect the Welfare Officer to lead.
