What will you bring to this role (e.g. experience, skills or qualities)?

As a Women’s Network and International Network officer, I have coordinated events, managed logistics, and led initiatives that engage diverse student groups. I led and organized a career panel for Women’s Network, gaining firsthand experience in event planning, budgeting, and student engagement.

Through these roles, I’ve developed strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. I understand the challenges student societies face, from funding delays to engagement gaps, and I am ready to bring practical, student-driven solutions to support UCL’s vibrant society ecosystem.

What do you hope to achieve in the role if you are elected?

If elected, I will streamline funding and reimbursement, ensuring societies receive support faster and easing student leaders’ financial burden.

I will simplify approvals for new societies and events, making it easier for ideas to become reality.

To boost engagement, I’ll launch an “Ideas Hub”, where students can submit proposals, feedback, or volunteer interests, keeping societies active and dynamic year-round.

I’ll also expand society outreach beyond Instagram, increasing visibility, engagement and participation.

My goal is to make UCL’s societies more inclusive, efficient, and student-driven.

Please summarise why students should vote for you.

I know how much student societies mean—they bring people together, create opportunities, and make university life unforgettable. But I also see the challenges: delayed funding, slow approvals, and limited engagement beyond election cycles.

With hands-on experience organizing society events, I’ll ensure societies receive faster financial support, better approval efficiency, and more student-driven opportunities through the Ideas Hub

I am dedicated, proactive, and committed to making UCL’s societies thrive. Vote for me, and let’s build a stronger, more dynamic student community together!
