I am writing to nominate myself for the position of treasurer in our esteemed ‘Arts for Mental Health’. I have joined and worked for Arts for Mental Health for almost 1 year as a member of the marketing department. While I may not have prior experiences in a treasurer role, I am familiar with how the society is run and the potential expenses in the process, and I am always happy to bring a genuine passion for our organization and a commitment to learning and contributing effectively.

I believe that my background in calculus and statistical analysis has equipped me with a strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset, which allows me to handle financial matters. I am confident that my dedication, coupled with a quick learning curve, will allow me to fulfil the responsibilities of the treasurer position effectively.

I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to serve in this capacity and contribute to our society. Also, I am committed to maintaining open communication, fostering financial transparency, and collaborating with the rest of the team to achieve our collective goals.
