Netball Club (RUMS): Welfare & Inclusivity Officer

Ever since my first year, RUMS Netball has been such a supportive and friendly group, and I would love the opportunity to give something back. I feel that my experience as 5th team captain this year has helped develop my confidence and leadership skills, allowing me to get to know members of the club across all years and abilities. As welfare and inclusivity officer I feel I could develop these skills further, hoping to appear as an approachable and familiar face, such that all members would feel comfortable discussing their ideas, concerns and opinions. I am a firm believer in inclusivity in sport, and, if elected, look forward to promoting this through a range of events and initiatives, including black history month and pride in teamUCL!
