Enactus UCL: Vice President

Hi everyone! I’m Vania, a first year studying Social Sciences with Data Science, aspiring to be your vice president. Enactus stands out to me due to its simultaneous focus on business and social work. As such, the prospect of deepening my role in this community of social innovators sparks my desire to take on this position. 

As your VP, I would promote society missions such as expanding the scale of events. For example, by encouraging collaboration between treasurer, event and marketing directors, I can boost funds and increase the scope for events held more often and that are more diverse. These events would allow members to hone entrepreneurship skills and build valuable relationships, transferable beyond university. For instance, a key aim is holding more inter-society and inter-university competitions, to facilitate students’ engagement with creative ideas on a practical level and spark connections among like-minded students. I am also extremely passionate about increasing UCL participation in the Enactus World Cup. 

Responsibilities such as event planning as a first-year representative for Asset Management Society have helped me develop abilities such as collaborating with a diverse body of students and formulating key decisions, enforcing my competences in handling this position. 

Overall, in the face of increasing social and environmental pressures, I am eager to underpin Enactus’s vision in enabling students to use innovation and business to create a more sustainable world.

Hi! I have been an active member of Enactus UCL since I was a fresher under the project TutorMe first as a social media marketing manager and currently, I'm the Project Leader of TutorMe. I am tenacious, passionate and dedicated in the things I do and if given the chance, I would support the President of Enactus UCL in all their tasks to achieve goals and visions of the society :)
