Boat Club (RUMS): Senior Women's Captain

Hey it’s me, Kira!

This year has flown by and I guess I am not quite ready to pass on this incredibly rewarding role :)

Having gained so much experience and confidence from my time as captain this year, I’d love the opportunity to lead us into next year stronger than ever and ready to win some medals!

I already have lots of ideas in the works as to how to we are going to achieve this including:

• Bringing back group ergs! 
• Talking with the second years, as well as the current and future novice captains, about making the transition from the novice to senior squads that bit smoother
• Having one-on-one chats with individuals at the start of the year to gauge goals for the coming season

The list goes on and, as always, I’m open to any and all suggestions you may have <3
