Boat Club (RUMS): Senior Men's Captain

Rowing has played a huge part in my uni life so far going into my 3rd year in the senior mens squad I find my self wanting to take on more responsibility. The past 2 years as a squad we have come so far bringing the gap to our rivals down from 1 minute to a couple of seconds. I want to be senior captain as I believe we have a great squad that is capable of winning a clean sweep next year if we continue to develop on and off the water. I believe I could take our land training to the next level and with continued improvements on the water the other UH crews won’t know what hit them. As current social sec I know the current novices well and would be excited to help them make the step up to the senior crews.
