Hello! I’m running for welfare officer because I want UCL barbell to be a safe space for everyone and show UCL that we are not just a bunch of hench people using up the weights. On a more serious note I would like to be someone anyone could approach if they had any problems, a huge part of lifting is the mental approach and if someone is having an off day they deserve a motivational speech. 

And unlike me pretending to support Man Utd in this photo, I will actually support all of you all the way:)
