I am very patriotic and passionate about my identity as a British Bangladeshi.

I am to create an environment where Bengalis from all districts and backgrounds can celebrate & learn about their unique culture and traditions. I am social and would love to bring people together to host events, learn Bangla and the history of Bengal & Bangladesh. I have family in all sides of Bangladesh but I speak Sylheti so I’ll be learning Bangla too!

As Vice President I aim to make UCL BSoc a safe space and with the help of the committee  make Bengalis feel more represented at UCL.
