Women's Engineering Society: Welfare Officer

Hello everyone!

This is Aditi, 2nd year Biochemical Engineering student. I am running for the role of Welfare Officer as I want to help in the betterment and improvement in the committee functioning and help in the exhibiting the best and fun events. I would love to be a strong pillar of support, encourage and persuade the committee to bring up new ideas and conduct many more events planned.

Being in the committee last year as one of the events manager has really pushed me to explore and engage in multiple decision making skills and I have made loads of amazing friends. I would love to take this 2nd opportunity and develop on them. Given me this wonderful chance, I will ensure that the committee is on track with respect to the planning of events and executing them, keeping all the committee members updated with the recent ideas and definitely working closely with the president as well as other committee members and support them to plan out the best events.
