I enjoyed being the welfare officer of 21/22. Being involved in the committee allowed me greater insight of the committee. In my year as welfare officer, I have set up the internal reporting form, advocated inclusivity, represented our club in delivering BUCS mental health training and worked with societies beyond ultimate.

Next year, having even more in person events also means more opportunity to work with other minority groups. I hope to work with LGBTQ+ network, I hope to work with LGBTQ+ network and bring back mental health workshops (which some of you may remember).
