Taekwondo Club: Women's Captain

I have very much enjoyed the last year as a member of the UCL Taekwondo Club and would welcome the opportunity to get more involved in the organisation of the club, training and competitions.

I’d like to be considered for the position of Women’s Captain and feel confident that both my teaching and competition experience would be valuable in this role.

I have many years of competition experience in both Taekwondo and Kickboxing and have competed regularly for both GB Taekwondo and WAKO GB kickboxing on the national, European and World circuit. I’d really like the opportunity to draw on my experiences to help others to compete and feel I would be able to assist with both sparring training and coaching at competitions.

I really enjoy teaching and sharing my skills and have experience of running warm-ups and whole sessions for my club in Bristol. During my time training and competing, I’ve had the support of numerous different coaches and experienced many different teaching styles. I would love to be able to share some of the drills, techniques and things I have learnt along the way with the club.
