Rugby Club (Women's): Social Secretary

We all need a little celebration post rugby games and I’d love to organise them, even if its just some fun pres (drinking and non drinking) and a little boogie at scala, which i expect all of you guys to attend. I want to make socials a tradition and something everyone wants to go and look forward for!! I’ll organise some fun and fresh themes ? and the occasional night not at scala too!! I’ll try and ensure a 10/10 good time because we all need a little serotonin in our lives ?

I would love to be your social sec because I care about having fun off the pitch just as much as on the pitch! I'm committed to planning socials that are inclusive to everyone, meaning that nobody will be left out if they don't like drinking or clubbing (or any other personal preference).

I think I'd be a great fit for this role as I pride myself on having the stamina to last beyond the morning sunrise (4am coach back from Brighton anyone?) and I’m always happy to stay out until the last person is ready to leave, ensuring that everyone makes it home safely :)

I love this team and I’m more than willing to go above and beyond to make our social events the most fun they can be, and I reckon that our commitment to the sesh will mean that we always rock up to sports night in the best themed outfits!!

I believe that the social aspect of Rugby is also key, as it’s a time to bond and have fun outside of playing the sport. I would want to organise social events within our club, and with others to strengthen our team and ensure we are getting the most out of being a team!

I believe I would be well suited to the role because: 

- I am a fun and sociable person who enjoys going out with friends 

- I enjoy making sure everyone feels included, and would love to organise events that are suited to everyone in the club (other than just a Wednesday night)

- I am well organised, and would love to apply this to arrange fun and creative events for everyone!
