Rugby Club (RUMS Men's): Welfare Officer

I believe that this position would be an excellent opportunity for me to take more responsibility within the club and get more involved with the club's management. Integrating the new fresher into the club next year alongside and dealing with any concerns they may have is an important aspect of the club. It is a task I believe I'd enjoy doing and will help prepare me for future roles that I may take up within the club in the future.

I am a long-standing member and have seen how welfare secs of the past have contributed to ensuring that members of the club feel valued and respected. I believe that I could also perform this role.
