Retail and Luxury Business Society: Welfare Officer

As an avid follower of developments in the luxury and fashion industry, I believe that I have the drive, passion, and creative ideas to work in the field. 

Being an Economics and Business student, I feel the luxury goods industry has a huge market with significant change, it is continuously developing because of the constant change in trends and increase in demand for luxury fashion in both developing and mature markets and I would love to know more about the factors contributing to these changes.

I am applying for the welfare officer position because I have past experience supporting me for this role. Serving as the Secretary-General and Head of the Public Relations department for several MUNs has enhanced my communication and coordinating skills. I decided the flow of tasks and ensured that activities are synchronized properly throughout the organization. I also introduced the concept of campus ambassadors (people who bring in buyers/delegates in return for incentives) as one of the innovative strategies.

Moreover, a  tour of the Rolls Royce Stansted has only increased my curiosity and determination to work here. I believe that I can prove to be an asset to society, and so I look forward to being a part of this organization.
