Football Club (Women's): Volunteering Secretary

Hi!

I'm Lily and I currently play on seconds team. I am hoping to be one of your volunteering secs for next year. I have a lot of experience volunteering in London - right now I am volunteering at a children's pottery class at the Holborn Community Arts centre and for the educational charity Off the Curriculum. I also am currently working on a project for the UCL volunteering service. I aim to bring my experience and connections to help get the Women's football teams more involved in the London community!

As volunteering sec, I am hoping to create some friendly tin drive competitions between 1st, 2nds, and 3rds. I will also look for opportunities for UCLWF to help out with local young girls football teams and clubs and hopefully encourage more young girls to start playing football. As always I will be open to anyone's ideas and suggestions for other volunteering opportunities for the club! Thank you and hope you chose me to serve as your volunteering secretary.
