Football Club (Men's): Club Secretary

Hi, my name is Arlan and I'm running for Club Sec. I'd love to help out running the Club and working with other committee members to further improve UCFC's reputation and recruit new members.

My plans to make benefit the glorious club of UCFC are:

1) Make sure all members are kept well informed about all club events.

2) Co-ordinate between new freshers and the Club to let them know whether they've passed trials and what team they're in (As a fresher this year, trials were a bit of a mess!)

3) Actually post the man and wankers on time.

4) If any team lacks players, I'll make sure they loan in players from other UCFC teams.

5) I have good photoshop skills so I can make some sick edits for the club e.g. for Varsity.

6) Also I used to run a football page on IG with 10k followers so I can help UCFC go #viral and get some #AdRevenue

Since joining the UCFC community at the start of this year, and specifically the 3s, I now understand why it's the best club and society at UCL. With a near-perfect attendance at our cracking socials and regular appearances on the glorious battleground of Hackney Marshes, I feel I have learnt the logistics of the club and will embody its triumphant values under the role of Club Sec. I want to ensure our community of great fellas goes from strength to strength in the coming year, by making sure our achievements are recorded on social media, the highest and lowest performers of each week are sufficiently recognised and most importantly we all continue to have a cracking laugh. Last years Club Sec, Louis Dean (cracking chap), has kindly gone through the technicalities to ensure I do an even better job than him this year.
