European Horizons Society: Head of Event

Hi, I am Teodora Margaritova, and this year I had the pleasure of being European Horizons’ welfare officer. I’d like to contribute to EuH once again by utilizing my leadership qualities, organization skills and approachability as next year’s events officer.

This year I organized the social events: the inter-societal cocktail reception, and the upcoming pub social and end-of-year social. By implementing members’ feedback, I managed to deliver a diverse array of social events at high-quality venues at affordable prices. My main goal is to enable members to meet like-minded people in their career aspirations, thereby allowing them to network with other future decision-makers in the field of policy making. Therefore, it will be my priority to organize joint events with other politics societies, as I have been doing this year.

It matters to me that your voice is heard in the organization of society events, which is why as an events officer I would remain flexible and open to your ideas and suggestions.

 If you choose me, I would ensure that EuH will be active in event planning via the implementation of my ideas, such as: a winter reception, a spring ball, and regularly occurring pub nights.
