Navin Kunkudatharn

I am running for this position because of my passion for the Venture Capital and Start-Up Industry. As Director of the VC I would like to grow its impact by trying to partner with pre-seed and seed-stage VC funds such as Seed Camp, Dorm Room Fund, and Founders Fund ore to grow the fund size and connect the startups we invest in with opportunities for follow on investment to help them succeed. I also believe that to help the start-ups we invest in succeed, we should connect them to other founders who can guide and support one another.

Harold Parra

My name is Harold Parra and I am a first-year BSc Economics student. For the past two terms, UCLe and the London entrepreneurial world have been an integral part of my undergraduate experience. As treasurer of the London Startup Fair 2022, with over 1000 registrations and speakers from various world-leading startups, and as an executive at the UCLe VC fund I have met and worked with some of the brightest individuals London has to offer. These experiences have aided greatly in my personal development, and as Director of the VC fund at UCLe I plan to extend similar opportunities to every student interested. Additionally, I plan on bolstering the core activity of the VC fund by leveraging my experience as startup analyst at Capital Pilot in order to build upon the fund’s current startup screening process. I aspire to be Director to reach out to even more budding entrepreneurs out there and help their ideas take off, cementing the VC fund and UCLe as a whole as UCL’s powerhouse of innovation.
