Entrepreneurs Society: Director of Analytics and Operations

I find myself fitting the role of the Director of Analytics and Operations division at UCL Entrepreneurs as I am the current Analytics Executive and have a good familiarity with the division's expectations. To me, Analytics and Operations division is the key that bridges the communication between members and the committee. The main motivation driver for me to nominate myself is the division's objective: act as the backend that monitors how to use data to improve more, which is something I really want to be further involved in. I know what the team mainly does to support UCLE, and I am already acquainted with the technical tools being used. I am aware of how these tools are equipped in a way that fosters engagement in the society and how to make use of them effectively. As an ambitious and determined IT & management student, I would like to step ahead to blend my interest in technology and business and see how is it like to be in a managerial role in such an innovative team. Given my past experience in the committee, I have the necessary skills and qualities to be the best fit for the role. I hope to ensure that the Analytics team will continue to work with commitment throughout the academic year to find ways to improve, in parallel with UCL Entrepreneurs Society's high standards.
