Because the Czech and Slovak Society helped me a lot in entering the UCL environment and remained one of the most positive and welcoming places throughout my first year at UCL. As I am finishing my first year here, I want to be a part of it, and even though my time options are limited, I want to help maintain this positive environment for the next generation of Czech and Slovak students at UCL.
