What do you hope to achieve in the role if you are elected?

Many have travelled far to move to Beaumont and I know how isolating this can be, so I strive to make a positive difference in our

experience so that we can be engaged as a student community. I aim to do this by being a listening ear to others and

implementing changes (big or small) which reflect the residents' voices. Beaumont is a very diverse accommodation and I aim to

create more social events to reflect this diversity. I am also excited to gain the wealth of skills that being a hall rep provides

Beaumont means beautiful and that's exactly the kind of environment I would love to encourage.

What will you bring to this role (e.g. experience, skills or qualities)?

Since being elected as Head girl at my 6th form, my leadership capabilities have matured, as well as my ability to delegate and

work in a team. I enjoyed collaborating with students across my county to discuss social issues, fundraise for a local charities and

deliver speeches and tours around the school to prospective students. I have effectively listened to the voice of my peers and

made changes alongside teachers according to improve the overall student experience. Furthermore, my enthusiastic nature and

willingness to learn will prove to be valuable to the residents of Beaumont Court.

Please summarise why students should vote for you.

My name is Rawleka & as your new hall representative, I promise to acknowledge any issues you may face and take into account

your interests and ideas to make Beaumont Court an exciting and safe place to be!

I am here not only to be your hall rep, but also to use this opportunity to make new friends and as any good friend, I promise to be
