As your Competitions Captain, I plan to build a culture where that brilliance can thrive.

This year I plan to:

• launch a mentorship scheme where more experienced dancers can guide, inspire, and support our newer members. Both creating connections and building confidence.
• secure more dedicated practice time to give you the space to train, grow, and perfect your routine.
• Organise rehearsals on stage poles to simulate the performance environment
• Create more opportunities  to receive meaningful feedback on your performance
• foster a tight-knit, supportive community so we can show up as a team.
