Leadership and Management Society: Vice-President

Hi everyone! Leadership is definitely more than organizing events or holding a title, it is about creating a space where everyone can grow, contribute, and feel empowered. I’m standing for Vice-President because I want to help transform the Leadership and Management Society into a platform where voices are amplified and ambition meets action.

As a Social Science and Data Science student, I combine analytical thinking with human-centered insight, which is the kind of perspective that allows strategy to work in practice. My experience as Head Boy, Organizer of Model United Nations, Founder & Editor-in-Chief of my school magazine has taught me how to lead teams, manage complex projects, and inspire people to exceed their own expectations.

If elected, I will focus on:

• Strengthening mentorship programs that connect first-years with experienced members.
• Launching interactive workshops that develop practical leadership and management skills.
• Creating opportunities for collaboration across societies, turning ideas into real-world projects.
• Ensuring transparency, inclusivity, and responsiveness in every decision we make.

I don’t want to lead for you, but want to lead with you. Together, we can make a movement that prepares YOU for leadership beyond campus!
