Introverts Society: Postgraduate Representative

I want to gain more insights about people within my community as an introvert and help people communicate and being able to feel comfortable to express their thoughts and feelings. As a postgraduate student, we often stray away from socializing because of our short timeframe in the university and focus more on our studies or finding career. I want to help people, especially postgraduate students to find that balance. It is both useful to focus on the future of studied subjects that we chose to do but it is also helpful and beneficial to able to communicate them with likeminded individuals. As an introvert, I also often struggled to speak my mind, I would like to create a space where people can express their opinions about things and help them find the best fit for themselves. By being a postgraduate representative, I will be able to communicate and provide feedback to the society and help find the best fit for people that are joining and seeking the ways for people to be themselves and speak their mind as an introvert and a member of the society as a whole.
