Hi, I'm Christine! As a newcomer to UCL, BIS has been a really welcoming society with projects and events that align with my interests. I am currently studying BSc Psychology and am particularly intrigued by the applied field of the subject and how knowledge can be implemented in our daily lives to improve efficiency, motivating me to run for the position of Applied Projects Officer. Previous experience, such as being the President of the Psychology Society at sixth form, helped build a strong foundation of collaborating with others, a diligent work ethic, and effective communication. If I am offered this opportunity to take on this role, I will be very honoured and excited to work with the amazing committee and learn from like-minded peers.
