Hi! I would like to nominate myself for the position of vice-captain. As this is my last year with the team, I want to take on more responsibility and help make this season as successful and enjoyable as possible. I believe I can effectively support the team by keeping us organised, motivated, and united both during training and throughout the season.
I’m confident in handling key administrative responsibilities such as sending out training and game polls, coordinating for games, and double-checking these tasks with the captain to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Beyond administration, I want to contribute to building a strong and positive team culture, and to organise socials and activities that bring everyone together and make the season memorable for all of us. My goal as vice-captain would be to support the captain, encourage my teammates, and help everyone perform their best, both on and off the court!
