In our ever-changing global landscape, where one in seven young people face with mental health challenges and social inequality continues to grow, innovative solutions are needed. 'Being The Cure' is a London-based charity dedicated to addressing these issues through character education. At their 'Saturday School,' primary school children are immersed in lessons about heroism, defined as serving others through humility, honesty, and kindness. Through engaging storytelling, team-building exercises, and play, students absorb these core values. 'Being The Cure' is embarking on a mission to unravel the impact of 'Saturday School' on children's development.

This exploration may involve conducting interviews with students, parents, and teachers, delving into their experiences with 'Saturday School.' Alternatively, a quantitative approach could be taken, utilising questionnaires, or analysing existing data to assess the program's impact. The scope of inquiry is broad, allowing students the flexibility to focus on specific areas of interest, such as examining the impact of 'Saturday School' on children's behaviour, well-being, academic achievement, or attendance, among other possibilities. Join us in this meaningful endeavour, where your passion and dedication can make a significant difference in shaping a brighter future for these young minds.

Existing data: multiple-choice-based questionnaires, student attainment and attendance data. Its usability for a master project would need to be evaluated.
