Club & Society Welfare Representatives

Your Role

You will represent the welfare and wellbeing needs of students in the relevant societies which you are part of. You will discuss these concerns in the relevant meetings, including the Welfare & Community Zone, and support club/society members in any issues they may have.

Your Responsibility

  • Represent the welfare needs and concerns of club/society members
  • Be an active member of the Welfare & Community Zone

Your Eligibility

Current Welfare Officers for clubs or societies.

Time Required for Role

This is a part-time, unpaid position and you are expected to attend Welfare & Community Zone meetings and a range of additional events, approx. 10-15 hours per term.

Welcome and Training

The role is supported by a full programme of training, development and support to help build all of the skills and knowledge required and to support longer term personal development.

If you are elected into the role you will be required to attend mandatory training:
